Tender description

HIE requires a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to deliver services to support the creative industries in the HIE region. The project focuses on providing year-round activity with an annual event (XpoNorth) at its core. The services required encourage collaboration across Creative subsectors, with a focus on joint roadshows, bringing together industry – local, national and international – with industry bodies, public sector agencies and others. It is expected that these services will be required from October 2018 for an initial period of 3 years, with HIE having the option to extend for a period or periods together not exceeding 1 calendar year following the Initial Term. The estimated total value over the maximum duration of 4 years will be between 1 260 000 GBP and 1 800 000 GBP excluding VAT. This is the figure which has been used in II.2.6. By developing a network model based on subsectors the programme is aimed to: — raising the profile of the region and ensuring a wider understanding of sectoral trends, opportunities and challenges, — supporting the sector and individual businesses through a network model, — deliver a world class creative industries even in Inverness (XpoNorth). HIE welcomes consortium bids and / or bids with sub-contractors. However, the supplier / proposed group of suppliers must be able to carry out all of the services described in the Scope of Requirements.
