QU047 - Provision of Tenant Training - AWARD

Tender description

Birmingham City Council wishes to appoint an independent training organisation to offer training to tenants and leaseholders to develop their skills and knowledge and to have a greater influence in how Housing Services are delivered and to support all other forms of current and future engagement. It is anticipated that approximately 10 half day training courses will be held in each of the Districts across Birmingham. These could take place in the morning, afternoon or evening during the week or at weekends. There will be a maximum of 15 delegates for each course however numbers may decrease according to demand. Birmingham City Council will lead all marketing of the training as well as provide and meet the costs of training venues and refreshments. The invitation to quotation is being issued using the councils e-tendering system in-tend and the remainder of the procurement process will be managed using the system. Therefore all quotes must be submitted by Quotation providers via the in-tend system. Please return quotes (no more than 10mb per email).
