Mote Park Centre and Estate Services Building Construction Contractor

Tender description

Maidstone Borough Council is conducting a two stage tender exercise to short list construction contractors for the new Mote Park Centre and Estates Services Building. Stage 1 Prior Information Notice PIN (assessed - 100% quality) Stage 1 requires interested contractors to complete the following: • Completion of the Standard Selection Questionnaire; • Completion of the qualitative questionnaire and additional documents as listed; • H&S questionnaire; • Statement of Accounts; and • Additional documents e.g. case studies From stage 1 we anticipate that we will shortlist four contractors that will be invited to tender for the design and build contract for the Mote Park Centre and Estates Services Building. Scores from the initial evaluation of responses at Stage 1 may be adjusted up or down following clarifications, reassurances or failing to provide reassurance at Stage 2 or at any meeting in which representatives from the Council invite you in to discuss your company's proposal.
