Lift-maintenance services

Tender description

The University of Birmingham wishes to enter into a long-term contract for the provision of services which will ensure that its portfolio of lifts (“Lift Units”) is maintained and repaired to the highest quality standards and to ensure the highest standards for the availability for use. The fully comprehensive Contract will include the following: — A number of visits to provide preventative maintenance services; inspection and certification services and any other services set out in the specification details, — The provision of Services to carry out repairs to the Lift Units as such repairs become necessary, and — The provision of a 24 hour, 7 day week, 365/6 a year emergency repair service for the Lift Units as set out in the Specification.
