Tender description
The aim of the term service contract is to provide a service provision for the delivery of design, installation and replacement of life expired lifts to existing lift installations; Responsive maintenance and repair of existing lift installations, including installation of auto dialers and emergency and adhoc major repairs; and Responsive maintenance and repair of existing lift installations of aid and adaptions through floor lift in tenants homes; In our communal blocks, sheltered housing, community centres and corporate buildings owned and managed by Ealing Council.
