Tender description

The Revenues and benefits service is looking for a supplier for Revenues and housing benefit processing. Whilst this is not for a full managed service, resilience is required to cover permanent staff vacancies, although a managed service approach is required for this procurement with sufficient flexibility to allocate resources to different work types as work patterns require. The volume of Council Tax and Business Rates work to be processed under the Agreement is anticipated to increase over time if and when Authority personnel leave the service with further Work types / volumes being transferred to the service provider. The Authority is seeking a service provider to deliver the services by securely accessing the Authority’s relevant IT systems as defined within the specification to remotely process specified Council tax, Business rates and Benefits work types respectively.
