Tender description

The Trust is looking to engage suppliers to provide them with insight and benchmarking data, over and above that which can be obtained from public sources or reports provided to us by national bodies, this being for clinical, operational, strategic and transformational metrics. The trust is looking to contract a supplier to provide them with a clinical insight tool to provide them with data covering at least: — speciality relevant outcome data, — consultant specific clinical outcome data to support appraisal and re-validation, — clinical outcome metrics by service, — safety and complications by service highlighting increased rates and risks, — capability to provide real time risk data to clinicians, — ability to drill down to patient level data. The trust is looking to contract a supplier to provide them with a strategic and transformational insight tool to provide them with data covering at least: — attendance volumes and rates per 1 000 for our principal CCGs, — admission volumes and rates per 1 000 for our principle CCGs, — length of stay, — delayed discharges, — activity volume by CCG and GP practice, — market share by CCG and GP practice, — consultant productivity, — workforce size and shape.
