Tender description

To provide Bradford City Council with a review of the current Adult Social Care Strategy and Operating Model to facilitate the validation of current transformation plans, outcomes, risk impact, readiness to change, sustainability and likelihood of delivery. The review will aim to identify possible improvements in service delivery and efficiency, gaps, dependencies on other projects and quick-wins that can be implemented to help ensure the long-term financial stability of the council and the provision of high quality services to our citizens.
