Efficiency East Midlands Limited (EEM) is a procurement consortia which establishes and manages a range of Framework Agreements. Our members include Social Housing Providers, Local Authorities, Universities, NHS Trusts and regional Police Forces. EEM are looking to establish a Facilities Management Framework on behalf of our Members for Hard and Soft Facilities Management services consisting of; Grounds Maintenance Gritting service Mechanical and Electrical; -Air Conditioning -Air Handling -Ventilation -Lightening Protection Building Cleaning and Pest Control Legionella Electrical and Pat Testing Due to the wide spread locations of EEM Contracting Authorities, the Framework may be split into regional lots to cover our core areas; East Midlands , West Midlands ,London ,South East and South West .
