Electronic claim form solution for Housing Benefit, Council Tax Support and Free School Meals. Leeds City Council is seeking to procure a proven electronic claim form solution (e-claim) for Housing Benefit, Council Tax Support and free school meals which has demonstrable experience of integrating with the Council's core benefits system (Academy/Capita). The e-claim technology, implementation and process re-engineering will concentrate on new claim submission and automatic data capture without compromising the integrity of claims. It will remove the need to prepare, scan and reference lengthy paper documents.
