Could you tell us who completed Discovery and in the case of this being and external supplier, are they eligible to apply for this opportunity? Discovery and wireframes have been completed by CCS resources. 2. You've mentioned a Python/Java development team but asked for shortlisting evidence only for Python. At proposal stage when assessing technology score will you be looking for evidence of both skillsets at a developer and/or project level? In this particular instance, just Python will be required 3. Given we don't have many details about the requirements, could you please give an indication of expected budget range, and/or the number of roles you'd expect in the team (developers, technical architect, analysis, UX development, testing and dev. ops) so we can get an understanding of the expected scale of the project? Thanks. We are expecting the supplier to suggest a multidisciplined team to meet the development requirements to build Beta's on a digital platform. A budget of £300,000 has been assigned. 4. We'd normally expect a development team to include a project manager/delivery manager from the supplier side. Is this in line with your expectations? (The exception to this is a "bodyshopping" or contracting arrangement where the client takes primary responsibility for delivery.) It is expected that the team would be managed by a Delivery Manager who will report to the CCS Delivery Manager 5. To clarify our understanding, it sounds like the on-site working requirements are primarily around meetings for Agile ceremonies etc or as needed to deliver the project (e.g. user research/stakeholder engagement), but that the team could be primarily based from our offices. Is this in line with what you expect? t is expected that team will undertake development at the supplier's premises but that some team resources such as an Analyst or a UX designer would mainly operate from CCS offices as they would be required to work more closely with the business teams. Agile ceremonies can be conducted at CCS and/or with developers by video conference. Precise details would be agreed at award. 6. The Problem to the Solved section details '...The provision of a Python/Java development team...' however the essential skills and experience, point 2 specifies '... where Python has been used for development ...'. Is the requirement for development in Python or alternatively a choice of Python or Java? In this particular instance, just Python will be required 7. Will the minimum viable service be defined during a scoping phase during the project, or will it have been defined before the project starts? The MVS will have been defined prior to the Beta but could be change managed if necessary. 8. Please could you explain how this requirement fits in with the broader development phase of the Crown Marketplace Programme. This is an independent development which will integrate with Crown Marketplace at a later stage
