Tender description

South West College (SWC) requires a contractor(s) to supply, and deliver workshop materials as specified in the pricing schedule to the SWC college campuses. The contract will be divided into 7 lots and contractors can bid for one or more of the lot(s), Tenderers must be able to supply all items within each lot(s). — Lot 1: brickwork and plastering materials, — Lot 2: electrical materials, — Lot 3: carpentry and joinery materials, — Lot 4: plumbing materials, — Lot 5: general engineering materials, — Lot 6: HVR materials, — Lot 7: painting materials. The contract will be for an initial period of 2 years. It is anticipated that the contract will commence in July 2018, with a possible 2 (two) further 1 (one) year extensions subject to spend, satisfactory performance and agreement between the parties.
