Tender description

The Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) is seeking solutions for the evaluation of an early intervention service which will support people in Greater Manchester who are at risk of falling out of the labour market, or who are newly unemployed with a health condition or disability. WWEH will run for three years commencing in March 2019 and will aim to support around 14 000 people over its duration. The evaluation of WWEH will commence in November 2018 and continue through to mid-2022. GMCA is taking a “test and learn” approach to the design and delivery of WWEH and so is looking for an evaluation partner who will be adaptive and collaborate to support our approach to learning and development within this field. The evaluation partner will be expected to work closely with our chosen WWEH delivery partner to share information and aid the process of evaluation to establish how effective this type of service is at helping people return to work more quickly than they otherwise would.
