Tender description

The Framework will cover the construction of all types of social, private and affordable housing and be used by all members to deliver the programme of work provided each year for 3 years (with the option to extend by 1 year) by the Northern Ireland Housing Executive. For the purpose of this procurement and any subsequent framework contracts arising from it, Radius Homes Limited will act as a central purchasing body. The following UK Contracting Authorities shall be able to use the contract(s): Radius Housing Association, Radius Housing, 38-52 Lisburn Road, Belfast, BT9 6AA. Radius Homes Limited, Radius Housing, 38-52 Lisburn Road, Belfast, BT9 6AA. Alpha Housing Association, 6 Edgewater Road, Belfast, BT3 9JQ. Habinteg Housing Association (Ulster) Ltd, Alex Moira House, 22 Hibernia Street, Holywood, BT18 9JE. Triangle Housing Association, Eastermeade Gardens, Ballymoney, County Antrim, BT53 6BD.
