Strategy Development Services for UCC College of Medicine and Health

University College Cork recently published its strategy, Independent Thinking, Shared Ambition: UCC Strategic Plan 2017-2022. This strategy provides the basis for the actions to be taken by the University over the coming five year period. The College of Medicine & Health is one of four constituent colleges in the University and it now wishes to develop its own strategy at College level to align with, and give effect to, the University strategy and to focus on the healthcare area in which it operates. The College requires external expertise to assist in engaging with the approximately 650 stakeholders in the College in such a way that will harness their expertise and ideas to plan for the next five years. The College of Medicine & Health has a wide stakeholder base and wishes to engage with these stakeholders in the development of the strategy. The College is keen to use, for example, innovative crowd sourcing techniques to ensure maximum stakeholder engagement and ultimately buy-in to the strategy.
