Sheffield City Council (SCC) is seeking to establish a Framework of Service Providers/Contractors to provide Security Services: Lot 1: Security Guarding (both Static/Manned and Mobile Patrols). Lot 2: Key Holding and Call Out Services. Lot 3: Repairs, Servicing and Installation of Burglar/Intruder Alarm Systems. Lot 4: Repairs, Servicing and Installation of CCTV Systems. Lot 5: Locksmith/Key Cutting Services/Supply. The scope of work includes: Concierge services for crime prevention, public and staff safety, signposting/reception duties at the listed council assets/events: — Moorfoot Council Offices, — Town Hall, — Staniforth Road Depot, — Manor Lane Depot, — Cornhill Towers (Concierge Service), — Ad hoc Buildings/City Events. Security patrols and response for crime prevention, protecting council assets, out of hour’s response. — Moor Market, — Crystal Peaks Market, — 157 Castlebeck Avenue. Provide a key holding and call out service for out of hours as required across the Council. The scope of work includes: — Responsive Repairs (Both Commercial and Domestic Systems), — Including Emergency/day to day/fault finding/resolution, — Servicing/planned Repairs, — Commercial Systems, — New Installations/Removals. The scope of work includes: — Responsive Repairs Including Emergency/ day to day/fault finding/resolution, — Servicing/planned Repairs, — New Installations/Removals. The scope of work includes: — Responsive Repairs of Locksmith/ Key Cutting Service, — Supply of Locking Systems/ Blank Keys, — Supply/Installation of Locking Stems.
