Under the draft Code of Governance for Irish Universities which is subject to agreement between the Higher Education Authority and the Irish Universities Association, the Governing Authority of Maynooth University is required to arrange an external evaluation of its own performance and that of its committees. Tenderers are requested to outline how they propose to evaluate the performance of the Governing Authority.
