Tender description

The University currently has a modular building located at the Exeter School of Nursing which is used as a lecture theatre. This modular building will be removed in the summer. The University is looking for a supplier to design, build and install a larger replacement modular building in the same area, which will be used for lecturing to a greater number of students.
