PLEASE NOTE, THIS IS A MARKET ENGAGEMENT EXERCISE, NOT A FORMAL CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY. Across Home Group, there are a raft of cross-functional processes that operate supported by an ageing application portfolio. The application portfolio is, for the most part, fragmented meaning Customer and Property information is stored in multiple applications resulting in duplication of data. Our aim is to: • Build an integrated solution which supports a raft of cross-functional business processes, whereby Customer and Property data interacts. • Build an integrated solution that can exploit synergies between similar business processes. • Use standard functionality as much as possible to reduce local customisation of solutions. • Exploit standard functions and features to improve and streamline our business processes Please read the attached documentation carefully, and submit responses to ethan.logan-ross@homegroup.org.uk Keywords: CRM
