Tender description

Place Partnership Ltd on behalf of Hereford and Worcester Fire Authority invite suitable, qualified Building Contractors to carry out the construction of a new Fire Station and associated training facilities at a proposed brownfield site. The site will accommodate a mixture of functions including operational services, administrative and training facilities for Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service and will include provision for partner and local voluntary organisations. The station will include 5 appliance bays and incorporate appropriate operational and welfare requirements. The site will also incorporate a “Hot” Fire Training building, High Volume Water Pump (HVP) training area, Road Traffic Collision (RTC) training area, a standalone three bay vehicle storage garage and parking for both employees and visitor. Construction of a 5 bay fire station and associated facilities.
