Tender description
This Prior information notice is to gain expressions of interest from contractors for a South East and Mid Wales Collaborative construction framework (SEWSCAP). Please note that this is a re-tender of the previously hosted RCT South East and Mid Wales Collaborative construction framework, which was a collaborative arrangement between 16 Local authorities and was broken down into 6 lots by project value and region, and within scope was refurbishment and/or new build, and single site projects, or groups of sites, including groups involving more than one authority. The current framework is due to expire in 2019 and future arrangements for this requirement are to be hosted by Cardiff Council. However, please note the Council offer no guarantee that the existing structure of the framework will be the structure adopted for the proposed future framework. It is anticipated that the tender for the appointment of contractors to the framework will be advertised as a contract notice in Summer 2018. No documents will be issued at this time. The Council are holding a market day on Tuesday 5.6.2018 at 10:00am, whereby the proposed structure of the future framework will be displayed and feedback from the market welcomed. Please submit expressions of interest for the Market Day via Proactis Portal at https://supplierlive.proactisp2p.com/account/login — ERFX1004499 South East and Mid Wales Collaborative construction framework (SEWSCAP). Further information will then be provided via Proactis.
