Tender description

The purpose of the tender is to identify a single organisation to deliver a behavioural insights trial focused on addressing fairer charging debt (service user payments towards domiciliary care services) owed to Worcestershire County Council. The provider will be required to work with the Council to identify and test behavioural interventions in order to reduce the amount of contributions which go unpaid, find ways of targeting the debt and develop an efficient system to follow up and ensure payments are received.If you wish to view the documents for this opportunity please click `Express Interest`.
