Tender description
North Lincolnshire Council is establishing a contract for the provision of a residual municipal waste treatment and disposal service. The Council currently produces around 45,000 tonnes per annum of residual municipal waste. The Council will provide exclusivity of its residual municipal waste without providing a guaranteed minimum tonnage. The solution will enable the collection of the residual municipal waste from a council provided waste transfer station and to treat and dispose of the waste with an unlimited upper quantity (based on current council waste management practices).
