Trafford Council would like to contract with a provider to operate a short term accommodation based support service and emergency accommodation service. The service will meet the needs of people who require housing related support within an accommodation based setting to achieve and maintain independent living. The service will support people with a variety of needs and the provider will need to have an understanding of how to access specialist services, including mental health, criminal justice and substance misuse services.
