The provision of a Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solution and Managed Service to deploy, configure and respond to high priority alerts. The proposed SIEM solution will be deployed on the department's premises and must offer the ability to correlate logs, network flows, user identities, and other security telemetry. The proposed solution must be capable of operating across firewall zones and being remotely operated and managed by the Managed Service Provider.
