Tender description

This notice is to advise that Kingdom Housing Association intends to contract with Robertson Partnership Homes to build affordable housing at Banklands, Newburgh. The site is owned by Robertson Partnership Homes. The contract is expected to start 2017 /2018 and complete during financial year 2018 /2019. Kingdom Housing Association, working in partnership with Fife Council, is in the process of delivering new affordable housing throughout Fife and these new properties form part of the delivery of that programme. The site is owned by the developer therefore it is a requirement of the sale that the design and build contract is awarded to Robertson Partnership Homes. This contract can only be awarded to this particular operator therefore Kingdom are using the negotiated procedure without publication of a contract notice.
