Tender description
WLDC seeks through the process of Requests for Quotation support and maintenance services for the telephony and contact centre solution, the contract will commence from 28th February 2018, for a period of 2 years plus an option to extend for a further 12 months. The requirements include; contact centre upgrade, (or equivalent) and development, upgrade of existing telephony system and voicemail (including hardware software licenses as appropriate), integration with the Councils existing systems.
