Civica UPM2 Licences and support and Maintenance. this is for licencing and support of the West Yorkshire Pension Funds Civica UPM2 pension system. The Council are not looking to procure a system, we are looking to licence and support the system currently in place. Civica Ltd is the owner of the Intellectual Property rights (IPR) of the UPM2 Pensions System software and is the sole provider of UPM2 licences. Civica is therefore the only provider able to provide licences, maintenance and support of the UPM2 software.
