Tender description

North of England Commissioning Support working for, and on behalf of, NHS Newcastle Gateshead, North Tyneside, South Tyneside and Sunderland Clinical Commissioning Groups, wish to commission a Patient Transport Booking Service to serve these Clinical Commissioning Groups. The provider will book patient transportation to non-urgent, pre-arranged appointments (subject to assessing eligibility criteria,) via the North East Ambulance Service online booking system. The service will operate between 9-5pm Monday-Friday. If your organisation would like to submit a bid NECS utilises an electronic tendering tool to manage this procurement.
