Tender description
ENGIE on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council is seeking to identify a suitably qualified and experienced Consultant to deliver Personalised Travel Planning services within identified residential areas of North East Lincolnshire. North East Lincolnshire Council has been awarded a grant from the Access Fund (2017 to 2020) for ‘Pedal and Stride to Economic Growth’ project. The successful bidder will help to deliver the project aims of supporting economic growth and aims to increase the use of sustainable travel. The purpose of the exercise is to undertake residential personalised travel planning services with the aim of encouraging cycling, walking and public transport use within North East Lincolnshire.
