Tender description
The Contracting Authority is seeking interest from suppliers to provide a managed archived records storage service. The Contracting Authority requires storage of approximately 18 000 boxes with collection and delivery of further boxes from approximately 110 locations within the Greater London Area. The Contracting Authority also requires provision of a destruction service for archived records that are no longer required. The main scope of this contract is provision of a managed archived records storage service. The contract will be for a period of 5 years with an option to extend for a further period or periods up to an aggregate of 24 months.
