Tender description

St Mungo's is seeking to establish a Framework of suppliers to deliver creative and promotional services for the organisation over a 4 year period. The services required comprise: — small, medium and large printing jobs, — printing and signage production in association with events, — media planning, — media monitoring, — digital marketing, — intranet and internet production, development and support, — concept development and execution; design, — copywriting, — video-production, — consultancy (fundraising, legacy and digital), — signage and merchandise. The Framework is divided into a number of Lots.The Framework is primarily designed to support the work of St Mungo's Fundraising and Communications and Marketing teams. However, it will be able to be used across the whole organisation. While St Mungo's intends to award every Lot of the Framework, we reserve the right not to award a Lot if bids received do not meet minimum standards (see Supplier Questionnaire). Small Printing and Mailing Campaigns (up to 1,000 items per project) — tailored, low-volume printing and mailings with flexibility for personalisation and updating content on an ongoing business. Medium-Size Printing and Mailing Campaigns (up to 30 000 items per project) — for example, regular supporter newsletters and appeals with numerous variations according to specified segmentation. Large Printing and Mailing Campaigns (between 100 000 and 3 000 000 items per project) — e.g leaflets and packs to be produced as part of St Mungo's annual inserts campaign and delivery of items to printed publications around the UK. Media-planning and multi-channel acquisition services — putting together proposals and schedules, securing key publications, ongoing monitoring and reporting and review and recommendations. Monitoring and reporting for general and social / new media, reporting of relevant headlines, analysis and presentation to St Mungo's. Developing expenditure proposals for paid social, PPC, display retargeting. Ongoing reporting, analysis and optimisation and review and recommendation. Creating and supporting website development. Intranet development and support. Concept Development and Execution for digital and non-digital channels. Graphic design and artwork production services. Copywriting services. Video production services. Photography services at St Mungo's sites, including client photography. Consultancy in respect of fundraising. Consultancy for managing legacy fundraising. Consultancy advice on digital strategy. Design concept development and print specifically for events, requiring tight turnaround and fast response times. Signage production, exhibition stands and large-format display boards in a wide range of materials. Production of branded products e.g. t-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, bags, tablecloths, keyrings, mugs, pens, trolley coins and other collateral.
