Tender description

Tenders are invited by the Contracting Authority from economic operators with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for the provision of Vehicle Hire to any location within the administrative area of Kirklees Council. It is intended the service for the Hire of Vehicles will cover locations within the administrative areas of Kirklees Council. The scope of the Service will form the basis for standard day to day “spot hires” and long term hires depending on the Council’s workloads and requirements., and the Council reserves the right to order from the Supplier Additional Services where the Council’s requirement is outside the scope of the Price Schedule or Specification at a price agreed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
