Tender description

The provision of support and maintenance for Niche records management. This Contract is for Software support and maintenance of Niche records management. System supplied by Niche Technology UK Ltd. Niche technology UK Ltd have granted the PCC a licence to use the software and under the licence terms neither the PCC nor any other company has the access to the software source codes to provide the required ongoing software maintenance. The original purchase of the software was subject to a mini competition off the OGC G-CAT framework which has since expired hence the software maintenance and support being subject to this notice.
