Open Space Assessment for the South Worcestershire Development Plan Review

Tender description

Malvern Hills District Council is inviting Tenders from Potential Consultants on behalf of the south Worcestershire Councils (SWC) (Malvern Hills District Council, Worcester City Council and Wychavon District Council) for the provision of an Open Space Assessment 2018. Interested Consultants should submit their proposed methodology to meet the requirements set out in the Specification and provide a detailed breakdown of costs. The submission must be capable of detailed scrutiny including through examination in public. The proposal should indicate the timing of each element of work, including submission of a draft report and time for this to be revised before publication of a final report required by June 2019. The Open Space Assessment is required to cover the area of south Worcestershire and provide an assessment of the existing open spaces, including the quality of provision, and an analysis of future open space requirements.
