Tender description

Westminster City Council is seeking to procure and award a Concession Contract to utilise City Council owned street furniture assets including street lighting for the deployment of Small Cell Equipment to support the enhancement of localised mobile coverage within the City of Westminster and to enable the future delivery of commercial services associated with future Smart City Machine to Machine Connectivity and Initiatives. Due to the concession nature of this contract the procurement will follow the light touch regime as laid out in PCR2015.
