The Council currently has a contract for the provision of Software Asset Management (SAM) and associated services which expires on 31 December 2018. The Council is looking for a complete or a combined solution(s) that has a proven record of working together efficiently and effectively (hardware, software and vendor) that will provide the effective management of hardware and software for our end-point customers and their assets.
