Tender description

The works comprise the design and refurbishment to the exterior envelope of a sports hall and upgrade of the internal ventilation system. The contractor will be entirely responsible for the final design and construction of the scheme, including the administration of all required approvals and agreements with various parties to complete the works satisfactorily. The contractor shall carry out the works in such a manner as to cause the least possible inconvenience or nuisance to the occupiers of the building and of adjacent land or buildings or the public generally, and shall take all reasonable precautions in this respect. Take note that the sports hall will be in use by the public throughout the construction phase.
