DPS For The Provision of Home to School & Commercial Transport

Tenders are invited from operators who wish to be included in the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) being introduced by TSS for the provision of passenger transport services for home to school, SEN & social services passengers and which includes the following sectors, Mainstream Education, SEN & Social Services passengers together with passengers carried on a commercial bases, and other transport requirements that may be added to this framework. Specific conditions of contract apply to all transport contracts offered. The period of this DPS will be 4 years plus a possible option to extend for a period of 24 months, commencing 10th June 2018, upon the conditions set out in attached documents. TSS reserves the right to award places within the DPS to an unlimited amount of suppliers. New applicants can apply to join the DPS during the course of the contract duration at periodic periods set and announced by TSS. Please note should performance fall below that which is set out within the general terms and conditions applicants may be removed from the DPS framework.
