Demolition of Central Plant Nursery (WEC)

Tender description

The Council wishes to appoint a suitable Contractor to demolish and remove the materials arising from the demolition off site of all existing buildings including outbuildings, structures and features, including basements, foundations, bases, sumps, floor slabs, fly tipping, vegetation, and services as well as asbestos containing materials. Following demolition, the works are to include backfilling of voids and making up levels as required with crushed materials of an approved grade, to include testing of material used and grading surfaces. The terms of engagement for these works will be the JCT Intermediate Building Contract with Contractor's Design 2016 Edition and all suppliers will be assumed to be in receipt of a copy of this form and be familiar with. It is the Council's intent to appoint a single supplier who will be responsible for the entire delivery of the project.
