Appointment of partner for joint venture residential development with Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council on the Victoria Housing Site. Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council are seeking to appoint a partner for a joint venture residential development on the Victoria Housing Site in central Stockton. The council is seeking a partner who shares the vision for the site “to create a vibrant new community, providing exemplar and sustainable urban living which transform the north eastern quadrant of the Town Centre and showcase the wider transformation of the Town Centre”. Interested organisations are invited to attend a presentation to hear more about our vision & to have a one to one meeting with the council to discuss further. Venue: Jim Cooke Suite, Municipal Buildings, Church Road, Stockton, TS18 1LD. Date & Time: Monday 14th May 10:00. Followed by individual appointments at 10:30 – 11:00, or 11:00 – 11:30.
