Asset Management Transfer Project Management

Tender description

Redditch Borough Council and Worcester City Council are jointly inviting Tenders from Project Managers, which may be a team of individuals or single person, to manage the transfer of asset and facilities management functions from an existing provider. The Project Manager will be required to work with both Councils and the current provider, Place Partnership Ltd, to establish an asset and facilities management function at each Council and ensure that all relevant functions, data and staff are transferred and that any further activities required to deliver the function at each organisation are established.
