Tender description

Dudley MBC is seeking to appoint a single water retailer to provide both water-supply and sewerage services to eligible non-household sites in accordance with the Water Act 2014. The supplier shall be required to have a water supply and sewage licence granted in accordance with section 17a of the Water Industry Act 1991 and section 1 of the Water Act 2014. The licence shall be maintained throughout the period of the contract and any future extension(s). The Supplier shall also comply with the requirements of the associated Wholesale Retail Code, the Market Arrangement Code and the Wholesale Contract as specified by the Regulator Ofwat. As in II,1.4.
