Tender description

The EPA invites parties with specialist website knowledge and expertise to carry out a strategic review of our current website and associated website management structures and processes. The outputs of this review will include a comprehensive report and recommendations to ensure that the website best serves the needs of the EPA and its stakeholders. This report should include a review of the management, governance, technologies, and structure of our current website, outline the steps that the EPA should take to optimise our web content and improve the quality and effectiveness of our online content to achieve the aims of our website as set out below. It should also outline how to address any issues or requirements raised by stakeholders during the review phase.
