Tender description

Fáilte Ireland is seeking to establish 2 multi-party Framework Agreements for the provision of agency staff for support as requirements arise. These placements will be for varying periods of time from 2 weeks to 6 months. Lot 1: General Operations resources including Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, Project Management, General Administration. Lot 2: Specialist Resources to include Marketing, Research, Tourism Investment, Business and Product Development, Brand Development, Festival and Events, Communications etc. Tenderers may apply for 1 or both Lots, and must clearly indicate on the front cover of their proposal, which Lot(s) they wish to be considered for. These placements will be for varying periods of time from 2 weeks to 6 months. The successful tenderer must have the ability to provide, at a minimum, the following agency resources: Lot 1: General Operational resources including Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, Project management, company secretarial and legal and General Administration: 1. managers; 2. officers; 3. supervisors; 4. executive assistant; 5. general administration; 6. project managers.
