Tender description

The department requires a time-resolved field emission gun scanning electron microscope cathodoluminescence system designed for examination of the optoelectronic properties of materials at temperatures from 10 K to room temperature and light emission wavelengths from 200 nm to 1.7 μm. The system should also have capability for electron beam induced current measurements across the full temperature range. The system requirements are more fully described in Section 3 of this tender. Tenderers should note that preference will be given to responses to the requirements in Section 3 which provide documentary evidence, preferably in the open literature, of a current capability to supply systems meeting the performance criteria.
