External Auditing Services for the University of Edinburgh. This requirement cannot be slit into Lots as one supplier is required to provide all links and detailed service. This procurement will be conducted via the Public Contracts Scotland — Tender portal (PCS-T). We will apply a one stage Open procedure. Bidders must self-certify their adherence to the conditions of participation via the ESPD (Scotland) in PSC-T, and may be required to submit Means of Proof before contract award. Bidders must refer to the specific requirements listed in the Section III in this OJEU Contract Notice when completing the ESPD in PCS-T. External Audit Services covers audit services as detailed in schedule 4 in the ITT documentation, relating to the financial years’ ending 31.7.2019, 31.7.2020 and 31.7.2021 with the option to extend for a period of 2 (1+1) further financial years. This contract requires initial work during year 2018.
