Tender description

Manchester Airport is seeking to appoint a single supplier onto an 8 year framework agreement to supply a Multilateration (MLAT) solution to Manchester Airport. The proposed Applicants solution will be measured on their performance against specific criteria set-out in the tender documentation. The main performance criteria will focus on but not be limited to: — Accuracy of aircraft tracking, — Accuracy of aircraft tracking in constrained areas (between piers, buildings and signal reflection areas), — Transmit/receive redundancy resilience in high risk areas, — Resilience against label swapping between taxiing aircraft, — Equipment obsolescence (10 years minimum), — Data transfer capability over the MAG network, — Equipment support and availability, — Commercial offer. Training and Manuals. Spares. Warranty. Support.
