Tender description

Maintenance and support of the Prosoma & Dosimetry systems including the OSL hardware replacemnt plan in Velindre Cancer Centre (Velindre NHS Trust). The contracting authority propose to undertake a direct award to Oncology Systems Ltd commencing 1.7.2016. The equipment includes bespoke software which was developed, provided & installed by OSL to the specific requirements of Velindre NHS Trust. The award also includes a hardware maintenance element which is covered by an OSL hardware replacement plan. The award is undertaken under Regulation 32 for technical reasons. The software is the exclusive property of OSL who have no granted any licenses to other providers. OSL are the current service provider, the equipment has not reached the end of it's useful life and ongoing service /support is required. Therefore, this contract needs to be renewed under the same terms and conditions as previously agreed.
