Tender description
The works shall comprise erecting scaffolding with canopy to the Pumphouse building externally and scaffolding access internally, all to facilitate the works. The building works shall comprise; stripping and replacing bitumen felt coverings to two existing flat roofs, including related alterations to existing flat roof structures and perimeter parapets, removal and replacement of windows and doors, removal of corroded metal lintels to window/door heads and related repairs to adjacent exterior walling, crack repairs to original render, rendering over of original ‘Vardex’ masonry and external decoration, in part.
